The Tourism Enhancement Fund invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following position:
Board Secretary
Core Functions:
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas and circulate minutes of meetings
- Preparation and circulation of Board documents
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Preparation of contracts
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Law or Chartered Secretary
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in senior administration or similar capacity of Board Secretary
Knowledge/Skills/Competence:
- Sound knowledge of Boardroom Governance and the administration of meetings, et al
- Ability to interpret policy decision of the Board and the ability to perform all duties of Board Secretary role effectively
- Well developed analytical skills, reasoning power, judgment and tact
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters
