Board Secretary

Core Functions:

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas and circulate minutes of meetings
  • Preparation and circulation of Board documents
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Preparation of contracts
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Law or Chartered Secretary
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in senior administration or similar capacity of Board Secretary
Knowledge/Skills/Competence:
  • Sound knowledge of Boardroom Governance and the administration of meetings, et al
  • Ability to interpret policy decision of the Board and the ability to perform all duties of Board Secretary role effectively
  • Well developed analytical skills, reasoning power, judgment and tact
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters
