Job Description
Interested person must be willing to work flexible shifts including overnights and weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring that the offices are kept clean and tidy during its operation and filling in of any other maintenance duties in the absence of the other maintenance personnel. Responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and supplying designated building areas
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
